What is Sampath PayBand?
Sampath PayBand is an electronic device designed to be worn as a Silicon Wristband where a payment chip (Mini Fob) is inserted into the Silicon Wristband that connects with the Savings accounts to perform transactions. At the initial stage, this proposed Wearable Payment Device will be issued to any interested Sampath Bank Savings Account holder. This device will work similar to a Debit Card enabling Cardholders to make purchases with a tap or wave of their Sampath PayBand at any payment acceptance point with a NFC facility.
Sampath PayBand allows customers to make cashless payments without taking their wallet, card, or phone out, making it the most accessible and convenient option available.
