DIMO introduced the all-new Komatsu PC210-10M0 Excavator to Komatsu customers in Gampaha District recently. The objective of this event was to introduce the all-new Komatsu PC210-10M0 Excavator to the customers in this region with the theme of 200න් 300ක වැඩ. The first-ever machine from this model was handed over to Dr. Kithsiri Manchanayake at the event, who is also a customer in this region.
Mr. Chaminda Ranawana welcomed the gathering and elaborated on how DIMO has been able to build up a strong relationship with Komatsu principals in Japan for over 5 decades. And how DIMO’s sales and aftersales services have been able to strengthen the relationship with its customers and how important it is for DIMO to increase its customer loyalty by giving the best and incomparable service to the customers.

Mr. Ranjith Pandithage addressed the gathering and elaborated on how DIMO contributed to the country’s infrastructure development by starting DIMO’s journey with Komatsu 50 years ago. He further elaborated on how DIMO has been able to provide solutions in different key business areas over the last 8 decades. Especially the areas where the country’s development projects are more focused on, such as Water, Agriculture, Power Solutions and etc.
Mr. Damitha Wickramasinghe – Deputy General Manager of DIMO’s Construction and Mining Machinery Equipment Sales Division then introduced the all-new Komatsu PC210-10M0 Excavator to the customers by emphasizing the key features of this new model and how this new model has been built to give more productivity and save more fuel than the other models in the same 200-class (20 tons).
Some of the notable customers in this region participated in the event, and it became another platform for customers to share their ideas and feedback with the DIMO team.
