DIMO’s largest intake of Future Talent Interns, for the year 2021/22 was successfully concluded in early October.
Over 2000 applications from close to 20 private and public universities were strenuously screened in 03 distinct steps where the most suitable candidates were selected based on their education qualification, technical skills & competencies, and overall cognition.

As part of this, an engaging orientation program was conducted on the 15th of October where the interns were given a comprehensive introduction to DIMO. Ms Dilrukshi Kurukulasuriya welcomed selected candidates at the orientation and former Future Talent interns shared their success stories at DIMO with the newcomers. The orientation program was concluded with quiz competitions and giveaways for participants.
This 06 months on-the-job training program is meant to provide interns with opportunities to innovate & implement, expose them to diverse business operations & best practices, act as a platform to network with experts & leaders and put them through extensive mentoring to bring out their best version.
