Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer 01 is valid for all Sampath Mastercard and Visa Credit Cardholders.
2. The Offer 02 is valid for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Cardholders & Sampath Bank American Express Credit Cardmembers.
3. In order to enjoy the promotions, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit or Sampath Bank American Express Credit Card.
4. This offer is not valid for on-line transactions.
5. This offer is not valid for purchasing of gift vouchers and non-discountable items.
6. This offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
7. The minimum bill value should exceed Rs.25,000/-in order to be eligible for the 03, 06 and 12 months absolute 0% extended settlement plan.
8. A maximum of 3 transactionsper Cardholder will be eligible during the offer period for Offer 02.
9. In order to convert the transaction into an extended settlement plan, Cardholder should reach us by calling 011 2 300 604and provide the name/s of the merchant/s and the value/s of such transaction/s detail/s with 14 days of the transaction.
10. All instalment amounts paid are non-refundable and each instalment period of the payment plan as approved by the Bank may not be varied.
11. Once submitted, the details of the instalment plan requested above cannot be changed and part acceleration is not allowed.
12. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods or services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
13. Spending made under above promotions will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards Loyalty points.
14. The general Terms & Conditions of Sampath Bank PLC and Ceylon Hospitals PLC shall apply.
15. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final.
