Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is valid only for Sampath Mastercard & Visa Credit Cardholders.
2. To enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled using a Sampath Mastercard or Visa Credit Card.
3. The Cardholder may enjoy the discount on Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, Meat and Seafood for Supermarket bills totalling above Rs.2000/- (prior to the discount) at all Cargills Food City outlets during the promotional dates.
4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers & cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. This promotion is valid only for Fresh Vegetables, Fruits, Meat and Seafood. (Offer is not valid for Frozen and Processed Meat)
6. The discount will be extended for goods purchased for personal use, therefore purchases in large quantities for commercial purpose will not be allowed.

Maximum Quantities per bill,

- Vegetables - 5Kg from each single item

- Fruits - 5Kg from each single item

- Meat - 5Kg from each single item

- Seafood - 5Kg from each single item

• Multiple and Split Transactions per single Customer will not be qualified for the offer.
• The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods/services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the Partner and any claim by the Cardholder against the Partner will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
• Spending made under above promotions will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultra Rewards Loyalty points
• The Bank reserves the right to modify or change the Terms, Conditions & Regulations applicable for the offer.
• Sampath Bank reserves the right to amend/withdraw this offer at its sole discretion.
