Ingredients
Batter fried Cuttlefish
- Cuttlefish (Cleaned and chopped) 300g
- MAGGI Rasa Musu 1 packet
- Turmeric 10mg
- Pepper 15mg
- Egg 1
- Corn flour 75g
- Flour 75g Salt to taste
Lime and chili sauce
- Finely chopped half an onion
- Chopped Garlic 2 cloves
- Chopped Coriander
- Water 2 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chili
- Chopped Red Chili
- Lime 1
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Pinch of Pepper
- Salt to taste
How to Prepare
Batter fried Cuttlefish, method of Preparation
- Mix cleaned and chopped Cuttlefish with MAGGI Rasamusu
- Add the egg, salt, pepper, turmeric, corn flour, flour and mix with Cuttlefish
- Deep fry Cuttlefish until it gives a golden colour.
Lime and chili sauce, method of preparation
Add water, vinegar, onion, garlic, Green and Red chilies, coriander, sugar, salt, pepper, lime and mix
