Terms & Conditions of Cargills  Supermarket offer

1. This offer is valid only for all Sampath Mastercard, VISA & American Express Everyday Credit Cardmembers from 2nd till 17th December 2017.
2. The spending made under this promotion will not be eligible for accumulation of Cash Back for Sampath Bank American Express Everyday Cardmembers.
3. The discount is applicable only up to a Maximum Bill Value of Rs. 20,000/- per Cardholder during the promotional period. In the event where the bill value exceeds the eligible value, the bank may charge the excess discount value from the Cardholder on a subsequent date.
4. The discount will be extended for goods purchased for personal use, therefore purchases in large quantities for commercial purpose will not be allowed.

3. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa, or Sampath Bank American Express Everyday Credit Card.
4. All installment amounts paid are non-refundable and each installment period of the payment plan as approved by the Bank may not be varied.
5. Once submitted, the details of the installment plan requested cannot be changed and full or part acceleration is not allowed.
