The Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) invites new faculty in the following areas of teaching and research:

Full-Time Positions: (a) Senior Lecturer Grade I
(b) Senior Lecturer Grade II
The Job: Job responsibilities are to promote studies, research and training in management and undertake teaching, training, supervision of research, and publication work in the relevant field in conformity with the standards of the Institute. Full-time faculty will develop teaching and training material including local case studies and practical exercises for use at the Institute. Full-time work requires about 30 hours of work per week for the Institute.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree with a class in a relevant field or an equivalent professional qualification plus a Master's degree/Doctoral degree in the relevant field of specialization and 6 to 12 years of relevant teaching/experience in management at senior level or substantial experience in research. Preference will be given to applicants with strategy and policy making experience in the private sector or with professional and research work in the area of specialization. A detailed description of qualifications required for each post will be issued along with the application form.
