Qualifications : Minimum 15 years working experience in a Government Hospital as a Grade II Medical Officer. Post graduate qualification will be considered favourably.
Age : Should be 40 - SS years
Salary Scale : 515,175 - 15x15,750 - 751,425/= (Annual)
2. Medical Officer
Qualifications : • Registration in Medical Council of Sri Lanka as Medical Officer
• Previous experience in government hospital is an added qualification
Age : Preferably below 45 years
Salary Scale : Rs. 392,400 - 3x9,675 - 8x9,750 - 499,425/ = (Annual) -Preliminary Grade Medical Officer
Rs. 421,425 - 10x9,750 - 3x15,750 - 566,175/. (Annual) -Grade II Medical Officer
3. Nursing Officer
Qualifications : Nursing Officer with 03 years experience in a government Hospital of Ministry of Health.
Age :Preferably below 45 years
Salary Scale :II A : Rs. 259,050 - 3x3,600 - 15x4,350 - 335,100/ = (Annual)
II B : Rs. 226,200 - 5x2,250 - 13x3,600 - 284,250/ (Annual)
4. Medical Laboratory Technologist
Qualifications : • Registration in Medical Council of Sri Lanka as Medical Laboratory Technologist
• Previous experience in government hospital as a Medical Laboratory Technologist is an added Qualifications
Age :Preferably below 45 years
Salary Scale : Scale Rs. 223,950 - 5A20250 - 13x3,600 - 282,000/ = (Annual)

Above salaries include 25% increase in the current salary scale of the government service. If there are no suitable applicants, applications from retired officers from Government institutions will also be entertained.
Salary for the retired officers will be as per the Public Administration Circular 09/2007 dated 11th May 2007.
