Vacancies in e-NIC Project
Posts of Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Officer
Applications are invited for the above posts of Electronic National Identity Can Project implementing under the Ministry of Defence and Urban Development, from the citizens of Sri Lanka possessing the requisite qualifications and experience.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma with minimum of 8 years post experience in the relevant field.
OR
Class I Officer of a Government all island Services or similar status in the relevant field with minimum of 8 years experience in class I level.
Specific skills and competencies required
- Preparation of project implementation plan and annual implementation plan
- Monitoring and analyzing of results
- Preparation of physical and financial progress reports
- Organizing progress review meetings of project consultants
- Tracking and recording of best cases and learning of project implementation
- Developing and maintaining of project implementation data base
- Team work and co-ordinating with project partners and stake holders
- Knowledge of government rules and regulations
General Conditions
Salary and other allowances will be based on Management Circular No. 33 of 5.4.2007.
Age should be not more than 57 years
The appointment will be on contract basis and renewable subject to annual performance appraisal and based on the need of the Project.
