Posts of Research Assistants and Technical Assistants I
Applications are invited from citizens of Sri Lanka for the posts of Research Assistants and Technical Assistants for the contracts under the Local Bank Funded Project of the Road Development Authority.
Minimum Qualifications - Completed the National Certificate in Technology course in Civil Engineering
For Research Assistants
For Technical Assistants
Below 45 years (Age limit will not apply to those who are presently employed in Govt. Department, State Corporations and Statutory Boards)
Salary Negotiable.
Terms of Employment The appointment will be on contract basis for one year and renewable on mutual agreement.
Other Benefits Employees' provident Fund condition by the Authority is 12% against 8% by the Employee plus and additional contribution of 3% towards Employees' Trust Fund.

- A minimum of 5 (five) years experience in carrying out of quality control tests for road rehabilitation works.
For Technical Assistants
- A minimum of three years experience in the supervision of road rehabilitation works.
