01. Development Assistant
- Qualifications
1. A Science or Arts Degree from any university recognized by the University Grants

02. Development Assistant (Aesthetics)
- Qualifications
1. A Performing Arts Degree from any university recognized by the University Grants

03. Tamil Language Translator
- Qualifications
Passed the GCE (Ordinary Level) with 06 subjects, in one sitting with Credit passes in
A. i. Sinhala Language/ Tamil Language
ii. English Language
iii. Mathematics
AND
iv. One (01)more subject
B. Those who have passed the GCE (Ordinary Level) examination in the Sinhala medium,
should have a credit pass in the Tamil Language, and those who have passed the GCE
(Ordinary Level) examination in the Tamil medium, should have a Credit pass in the Sinhala Language.2
C. Passed the GCE (Advanced Level) examination with three (03) subjects including Language
D. Obtain a pass in the second language subject in the GCE (Advanced Level) examination will be considered an additional qualification.
E. Not below the age of 18 and not above the age of 45.

Posts under Contract
For these posts, recruitment will be made for a maximum contract period of three (03) years and contract could be extended based on performance. Whilst not recruited into the permanent cadre, post will be entitled to Employees Provident Fund and Employees Trust Fund.
01. Officer in Charge
- Qualifications
1. Should have passed in at least 06 subjects at the GCE (Ordinary Level) examination
2. Those who have served in the rank of Major in the Sri Lanka Army, or similar rank held in the Armed Forces for a minimum period of 03 years and have duly retired or resigned, will be eligible.
3. Age at recruitment should not exceed 50 years.
- Salary scale - Will be entitled to a fixed remuneration of Rs 28,500.00 per month. In addition , will be entitled to the cost of living allowances (COL)and if you are a pensioner, will be entitled only to half the COL allowance
02. Assistant Officer in Charge
- Qualifications
1. Should have passed in at least 06 subjects at the GCE(Ordinary Level) examination
2. Those who have served in the rank of Captain in the Sri Lanka Army, or similar rank held in the Armed Forces for a minimum period of 03 years and have duly retired or resigned will be eligible
3. Age at recruitment should not exceed 50 years.
- Salary scale -Will be entitled to a fixed remuneration of Rs 23,500.00 per month.In addition , will be entitled to the cost of living allowances (COL)and if you are a pensioner, will be entitled only to half the COL allowance.
