are called for from Applicants who have the following educational and other
qualifications for the following post which has fallen vacant in the National
Film Corporation of Sri Lanka.
Post
Deputy General Manager Operations (HM1-1)
Qualifications
Has
obtained a degree from a University which is recognized by the University
Grants Commission and a Post-Graduate Degree in a field which is relevant to
the post and who has at least about 15 years experience in a managerial level
in a Government Corporation, Statutory Board or in a recognized private
institution after obtaining the first degree.

- Should not exceed 55 years of age.

The nature of the post and conditions of service
An
Applicant who is appointed to the post from amongst external applicants will be
appointed subject to a three (03) year period of probation and if he/she
performs his/her official work and behavior in a satisfactory manner during the
period of probation, he/she will be made permanent in the post at the end of
the probation period.
Mode of recruitment to service - By a statutory
interview
Applicants should forward photocopies of the following
documents annexed to their Application Forms.
Copies of educational certificates.
A copy of the Certificate of Birth.
A copy of the National Identity Card. 4.Certified copies of certificates
regarding experience.

I. Applicants who have fulfilled the qualifications
for the above post should forward their Application Forms which have been
filled up by them addressed lo the Chairman, National Film Corporation of Sri
Lanka, No.303, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Colombo 07 by registered post before 18-12-
2012.
II. Application Forms which are received after the
date on which Application Forms are lo be received will not be accepted. If it
is discovered before or after recruitment that any of the facts mentioned in
the Application Form arc not true you will be considered to be an unqualified
person for this post.
