Post of
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting Officer
Applications are invited for the post of Monitoring,
Evaluation & Reporting Officer of Electronic National Identity Card project
implementing under the Ministry of Defence and Urban Development, from the
citizens of Sri Lanka possessing the requisite qualifications and experience.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
Post Graduate Degree of Post Graduate Diploma with minimum 8
years post experience in the relevant field.
Specific skills and competencies required
Competent in planning, monitoring &
evaluations and reporting in projects Specific skills should be in;
I. Preparation of
project implementation plan and annual implementation plans XL Monitoring and analyzing of results
III. Preparation of physical and financial progress reports
IV.
Organizing
progress review meetings of project consultants
V.
Tracking and
recording of best cases and learnings of project implementation
VI.
Developing and
maintaining of project implementation data base
VII. Team work and co-ordinating with project partners and stake
holders
VIII. Knowledge in government rules and regulations
Salary
Salary and other allowances will be based on Management
Circular No. 33 of 5.4.2007.
Age Limit
Should be not more than 57 years General Conditions
The appointment will be on contract basis for three years and
initially for one year period and renewable subject to the annual performance
appraisal.
